Active & healthy throughout spring with Seiser Alm Balance
Relax and recharge. In and with nature. That’s the concept behind the experiences offered by Seiser Alm Balance. From 5 May – 27 June 2025, weekly events, hikes, and workshops for adults and teens from the age of 14 will take place in the villages of Völs am Schlern, Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, Tiers am Rosengarten and on the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm plateau. The carefully planned activities offer a perfect blend of action, relaxation, and wellness for both body and mind. As a guest at the Presulis Hideaway Apartments & Restaurant, you can take part in the Seiser Alm Balance experiences free of charge. Simply register with the tourist office – that's all it takes.
