Prösels Castle
Prösels Castle is an impressive icon of our region and a magnificent example of Gothic architecture across Tyrol. From our aparthotel, you can admire it in all its glory. With its towers, spires, oriels, windows, and massive walls, it appears frozen in time, witness to a bygone era. This magical place encapsulates a part of the history of our region. A visit is highly recommended, for the castle has preserved its allure through the ages. You can not only take part in a guided tour of the castle but also enjoy events such as concerts, exhibitions, and theatre performances. Bolzano
Our provincial capital of Bolzano is the perfect destination for a leisurely day of shopping and sightseeing. Stroll through the enchanting old town, shop in the chic boutiques under the time-honoured “Bozner Lauben” arcades, and pay a visit to the world-famous Iceman “Ötzi” at the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology.
Brixen

At 2,457 metres above sea level, the refuge perches like a castle on the emblematic mountain of South Tyrol, offering an unobstructed view of the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm and surrounded by the Sassolungo/Langkofel, Sassopiatto/Plattkofel, Catinaccio/Rosengarten, and Latemar massifs. A hike up there in summer or with snowshoes in winter is sure to leave a lasting impression. As you stroll through the area around our aparthotel, you will come across some charming old farmhouses. These silent witnesses to life in times gone by traditionally consist of three key elements: a barn, a stable, and a small room used for preparing food and making cheese. These old farmhouses preserve our history, and in some of them, you can buy local products. Aside from their historical charm, you’ll be captivated by the fragrance of Alpine herbs, which are still meticulously cultivated and gathered by skilled hands today.
