The magical Alpe di Suisi/Seiser Alm ski area, just a few kilometres from our aparthotel, offers sun-kissed, expansive slopes with a breathtakingly scenic backdrop. Together with Val Gardena/Gröden, the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm forms a ski region with a total of 181 kilometres of pistes and 79 lifts, and it offers direct access to the world-famous Sellaronda. A shuttle bus takes you quickly and conveniently from the village straight to the skiing fun.
The Carezza ski area – a sunny terrace at the foot of the Catinaccio/Rosengarten with ski slopes, toboggan runs, cross-country ski trails, and beautiful winter hiking trails – is just as easy to reach from the Presulis Apartments & Restaurant. Carezza is a true haven for families with its unique children’s snow park, the first and only of its kind in Italy.

Whether you prefer the skating technique or the classic style, whether you’re a beginner or a pro, the Alpe di Suisi/Seiser Alm is a true paradise for cross-country skiing fans. With 80 kilometres of sunny trails, double or quadruple-tracked, you can traverse the endless expanses of Europe’s largest high Alpine pasture at an altitude of between 1,800 and 2,200 metres above sea level. Around the Presulis Apartments & Restaurant and on the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm, you’re spoilt for choice with numerous toboggan runs, ranging from the picturesque Tuffalm run and the Hofer Alpl run to the Puflatsch run, among several others.
Ice skating: glide across a frozen pond
Skating on a frozen lake, encircled by breathtaking natural landscapes and majestic mountains, offers a truly unique experience. During your ski holiday in the mountains, you can enjoy this unforgettable experience on the nearby Fiè/Völser Weiher lake, which winter transforms into a fantastic natural ice rink. You can hire ice skates on site, and the nearby mountain huts and inns provide delightful refreshments. Those who prefer to glide over man-made ice can do so on ice rinks in Kastelruth and Tiers am Rosengarten.
